Caught With Her Hand in the Salad Bowl

How do you get your kids to eat so healthy? Part Two:
Leave health food sitting just out of their reach and they think you don't want them to get it. So, when you're busy trying to get the rest of the meal on the table, they will just help themselves.
Mmmm. Rabbit food.

Yes, we love this dress. It was $.50 cents at a garage sale and came with matching tights. It's from Hanna Andersson and it's the perfect weight for cooler weather. It has kept it's gorgeous color through many washes. I think it may still fit her next winter, too.

Yes, that dress looks deliciously comfy. Too bad they didn't have the matching one in your size. :)

I second that suggestion about the health food. For awhile we were buying this really good canned salmon for the kids and letting only Daddy eat it (since it was expensive). They begged and begged for a bite each time he had some. Finally, we were like, what are we doing? This is good for them. Who cares if it's more expensive than tuna? So now they eagerly gobble up their "Daddy fish".

hugs,
elisa
